How far in advance should we work together?

To give your registration setups and custom materials the attention they deserve, I recommend booking 4–6 weeks before your event (or the first event in your series). This gives us plenty of time for design, tweaks, and that final "everything is ready" high-five. 


How quickly will I hear from you?

I know event planning moves fast! I respond to all messages within 24 hours (usually much sooner during the week), so you’re never left waiting on a detail. 


Can I request something specific?

Absolutely! While my CORE and PREMIUM packages cover the essentials, I know every event is unique. If you have a substantial addition in mind, we can look at a CUSTOM upgrade tailored to exactly what you need. 


What if I don’t have all my event details yet?

Don’t worry! We start with a simple questionnaire to capture the big picture. As your speakers, agendas, or guest numbers evolve, we’ll adjust the assets to match. I’m here to make the process feel easy, not rigid. 


How do payments work?

Once you’re happy with the proposal, a deposit secures your project on my schedule. The remainder is due once all your materials and systems have been delivered and are in your hands. Simple, straightforward, and no surprises. 


Will you be there to manage the tech on the day? 

I specialize in the design and digital build of your event. Think of me as the architect who builds the house and hands you the keys! My work happens in the lead-up to ensure your registration, slides, and materials are 100% ready for you to deliver. I don't provide live technical hosting or on-site management, but I make sure you have everything you need to feel confident at the helm. 


Can you work with my existing branding?

Absolutely! Whether you have a full brand guideline or just a specific "vibe" you love, I ensure every slide deck, email, and landing page I build feels like a natural extension of your brand. If you’re starting from scratch, we can find a joyful style that fits your event perfectly. 


What if my event details change?
