Step 2: The plan of action

I’ll send over a clear proposal that outlines exactly how I’ll build your event assets, including a timeline and pricing. Once you’re happy and the deposit is sorted, your project is officially on my schedule! 

Step 3: The deep dive

I’ll send over a simple questionnaire to gather the essentials: your branding, attendee goals, and communication style. This ensures every asset I build feels 100% like you.

 

Step 4: I get designing

This is where the magic happens! I’ll build your registration systems, design your custom materials, and draft your event emails. You’ll get to review the progress as I go, ensuring everything is looking brilliant and exactly as you imagined.

Step 5: The handover

Your event toolkit is ready! Your registration is live, your emails are scheduled, and all your custom-designed resources are in your hands. You’re all set to move into your event delivery with total confidence. 

Step 6: the final happy dance

Once everything has been delivered to you, the final balance is due as per our agreement. You’re ready to host an incredible event, and I’ll be cheering you on from the sidelines!
